Adana Taste Festival, introduces the “most” local and the “most” traditional Adana cuisine to the world. The festival, which will be hosted by the Governorship of Adana, is preparing to offer a gastronomy festival in Adana for three days with the participation of international stars. In addition to the unique local and national chefs, Michelin-starred international chefs' gastroshow will take place in the festival. . it will also bring the gastronomy world together in Adana. In the giant festival center to be established in the Central Park, the most traditional and local cuisine culture of Adana will be provided to all visitors with an international application and participation.

The festival, named after the scent of orange blossoms spreading through the city in March and April, started to be organized in 2012 and with an increasing enthusiasm every year, the hotels nearly reach the full occupancy rate and the airline companies organise additional flights for this specific period. Each street with orange blossom trees becomes a showground in this festival. Wandering through the streets with orange outfits, colourful hats, crowns and flowers, the participants gather joyful memories of the colourful orange blossom carnival march. In the various events, participants have the chance to taste different traditional flavours, to enjoy dance shows, concerts, games and shopping. The exciting feeling of watching the cortege and taking part in this march, causes a lot of people to flock into this event every year.

26th Adana Film Festival, has become a cinema platform that hosts many films from the Mediterranean countries, as well as countries all around the world, from the United States of America to Japan, and film professionals in all areas of the industry. In this festival, approximately 700 guests working in cinema industry, both from Turkey and Europe are being hosted and the festival reaches approximately 70 thousand viewers every year.

The festival, organized for the 21st time this year, is organized with the support of the Sabanci Foundation. Last year it hosted 30 different theater shows from state, municipality and other theater groups where 6 of them are from abroad.

The festival is being organised for the 21st time this year with the supports of Sabancı Foundation.In its 20th year, the festival hosted 30 different plays, 6 of which are from abroad, rest of which are from Turkey, 4 of them being staged by state theatre, 4 of them being staged by municipal theatre and 15 of them being staged by private theatre communities. Sakıp Sabancı Lifetime Achievement Award, given to the experienced theatre players, will be granted to the winners. With 24 plays, the richest programme record was broken.

The festival, which is held for the third time this year, brings together the leading names of Turkish Rock music and all the music lovers in the region, specifically in Adana.

In the festival being held for the third time this year, there are exhibitions and workshop areas, in which the participants enjoy engaging in artworks in the areas of leather crafts, tile and marbling arts, paper reliefs, paper wireworks, calligraphy, mosaic arts, mechanical watch making, Ottoman binding works, tragacanth (kitre) dolls, wood carving, leaf carving, folkloric clothing, point lace and canvas embroidery

Aladag Nature and Art Festival aims to raise awareness of the protection of nature and to make issues about nature visible via art. The festival was held for the first time between 16-18 November 2018 under the auspices of Adana Governorship and Aladag Municipality. During the festival to be held for the second time, short film and documentary screenings, photography exhibitions, interviews and workshops will be held in addition to a short film and photography competitions to be organised.

The 2nd Adana Health Festival, which is planned within the scope of the Southern Adana Development Program, is expected to be held on March 13-14-15 at Tüyap Fair Convention Centre. ‘There is health in this festival’ slogan within the scope of the festival, is planned to raise public awareness about healthy living, while encouraging the public, ensuring that the activities to be taken place in a festive atmosphere.

Adana Watermelon Festival, which will be held for the third time this year, is a festival organised with the aims of protecting the sweet, fresh fruits, having fun with various activities, offering economical environment to the farmers, displaying and tasting the grown watermelons, and introducing the benefits of consuming watermelon better.

Swimmers are coming together along the Seyhan Dam Lake as a part of this specific festival, organised by Adana Metropolitan Municipality and supported by Governorship, The Turkish Swimming Federation, Adana Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and Adana Sailing Club. 280 athletes participated in the races organised in different classifications, in which disabled people, women and men categories were formed. Open water swimming races and canoe races are organised at the festival which will be held for the third time this year.

Thanks to the Pomegranate Festival of Çiçekli Village to be held for the third time this year, the sales of the pomegranates and products made of pomegranates are supported and the festival contributes the welfare of local farmers. Local people of this village become socialised thanks to the concerts.

Yuregir Science Festival, organised for the second time this year, will be held in July 15 Martyrs Park Science, History and Culture Complex (15 Temmuz Şehitler Parkı Bilim, Tarih ve Kültür Kompleksi), by Yuregir Municipality in cooperation with TUBITAK, Adana Governorship, Cukurova University, Adana Science and Technology University, TechnoPark and Turkish Aeronautical Association. A science show, a science workshop, science games, an astronomy night with a live connection to NASA, and a planetarium display will be taken place in the festival.

Citizens were taken to the Kizildag Highland with 1700-altitude located in Karaisali district of Adana with 200 buses, for the Winter Festival held by Adana Metropolitan Municipality and Karaisali Municipality, sausage sandwiches were served and participants built snowmen during the festival.

Aladag Snowman Festival organised in Aladag district of Adana will be held for the third time this year. The local people make barbecue for the participants, preparing kebabs, sausages, and the participants enjoy various events and building snowman.

During the event held for the 18th time in 2019 by the Yoruk Turkmen Associations Federation, a group consisting approximately of 200 people gathered in Atatürk Park marched to the Central Park (Merkez Park) accompanied by mehter team and waving Turkish flags. In the front rows of the march, people ride camels and horses. The Yoruk Turkmen young girls give a magic touch to the march with their traditional outfits. Yoruks gathering in Central Park, show off their skills in sports such as “gokboru”, javelin throwing, mounted archery within the scope of the Traditional Turkish Sports event.

The Yumurtalik Kiteboard Festival will be held for the 5th time on 29 June-1 July 2019 with the contributions of Adana Metropolitan Municipality and Yumurtalik Municipality. Kiteboarding competitions are planned in 3 different categories during the festival under the auspices of Turkey Sailing Federation.

Ismet Atlı Karakucak Wrestling Competitions organised in Kozan district of Adana, in memory of İsmet Atli, the World and Olympic Champion, will be held for 5th time in Kozan Lake Plateau (Göller Yaylası).

“Tapan Traditional Culture Festival” has been held traditionally in Feke district of Adana. This festival is organised by Aid and Solidarity Association of Tapan Region (Tapan Yöresi Yardimlasma ve Dayanisma Dernegi) with the contributions of Seyhan Municipality. It will be held for the 13th time.

This festival being organised for the ones who get exhausted from the Adana’s sweltering weather, is to be expected to be held, and during the festival, the tankers will splash water for the participants to cool them down. In Adana city, where the temperature is felt 45 celcius degrees together with humidity levels, those who come under the water splashed from 2 water tankers in the area next to the city hall are having fun with the music. Water guns, t-shirts and water balloons are being distributed to the participants during the festival and they show a great interest in this festival. This water fight festival will be held for the 4th time this year.

Karakislakci Honey and Strawberry Festival will be held in Pozanti district of Adana for the 10th time on 26th August, 2019. Participants enjoy tasting honeys and strawberries and various events will be organised during this festival.

The festival will be held on August 29th for the third time this year; this festival is definitely for the people who want to surrounded by nature, to enjoy themselves and while doing these, to engage in a sportive action. The festival, which is favourable for those who love bicycling, is an event that all the people living in Adana and surrounding cities expect with interest.

Karacaoglan International Minstrels’ Day is a traditional event organised every year befitting to Karacaoglan’s memory, by “Disseminating, Sustaining the Culture of Karacaoglan and Culture Association” (Karacaoglan Kulturunu Yayma, Yasatma ve Kultur Dernegi) in the Feke district of Adana. This year, event will be held for the 23rd time and minstrels and artists from around the world will take the stage and read poems and folk songs.

More than 200 Turkish and foreign pilots from 11 different countries participated in the International Aviation and Paragliding Event which was held for the 9th time last year.

The aims of the Pozanti Belemedik Nature and Photography Festival which was held for the first time in 2015, are to get to know Adana from past to present and to increase Adana’s touristic value, which has historical and natural richness and hosted various TV series and film sets, contributing to its promotion with the photographs presented by the photographers who are nature-lovers and photography enthusiasts and interested in Adana, as well as surrounding cities, Mersin, Niğde, Hatay and their districts, participating in this festival and also by national and local media organs.

Different types of olives are displayed during the festival organized in October every year. Olive is harvested at nights.

International Cukurova Caricature Festival, gathering prestigious caricature artists both from Turkey and around the world, will be expected to be held on November 22-23 for the 4th time. Internationally famed artists are also expected to be participate in this festival.

The festival has been held since 1999, with various events such as dancing, drawing, photography and concerts along with exhibition of the works from Golden Camera Photography Competition (Altın Kamera Fotoğraf Yarışması sergisi) organised by Adana Amateur Photographers Society (AFAD) and the prize-giving ceremony is expected to be held during the festival this year.

Tasty Tastes with Orange Festival is organized during the Orange Blossom Carnival and aims the people to meet the taste of orange which is one of the most famous products of Adana. Tasty Tastes with Orange Contest is organized in five different categories: Beverages, Pastry, Sweets, Cold Food, and Hot Food. Each contestant receives a medallion and a certificate. Those contestants who hold 1., 2. and 3. Places receive special plaques. Each contestant participating in the contest must use at least one of the citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, sour orange, citron, kumquat, blood orange, sweet lemon, etc.). Celebrities like famous journalists, gourmands, or opinion leaders, etc. constitute a jury and vote for the product for appearance, taste, authenticity, aroma, name and honoring the recipe.
